Nightstand

I have a horrible habit of starting a book, reading it, starting another, and reading them simultaneously.  I don’t know why I do it – maybe because I get sick of just the one book, or because I am hungry for words, always and forever.

These are the books on my nightstand lately.  I borrowed the Carl Sagan book from Bryan’s dad after getting engulfed in it during a weekend stay.  Elements of Style is the most wonderful book, full of visuals and words that seem to cleanse my creative pallet before bed.  And the book, Steve Jobs, was a gift from my awesome brother last Christmas.  That’s right, I realized it had been a year since I received it so I decided to get to reading it after finishing my last book.  It is the most inspiring biographical portrayal, more so than any other I’ve read.
